VPO20

– Intended for stationary installation on the wall.
– Can be used in reservoirs and in closed basements.
– Comes with a bracket that is screwed into the wall on the inside of the slurry storage.
– The propeller is screwed into this bracket.
– The bracket is rotated 22.5 degrees and the attachment on the propeller is also rotated 22.5 degrees. This means that the propeller can be set at different angles inside the storage depending on how the propeller rotates in the bracket and how the bracket is attached to the wall in the slurry storage.
– For mounting, a minimum 230 mm hole is drilled at the angle where the propeller is to be mounted.

The storage on the VPO20 is the same as on the PO50 and PO70. Durable plastic bearings are lubricated by slurry at the propeller and double ball bearings against the tractor.
To avoid slurry encrustation and slurry in the ball bearings, an oil-filled seal has been inserted. The oil is poured into a separate container which is mounted on the top fertilizer level. This is to equalize the pressure on both sides of the seal. If the seal is worn, oil will start to drip out at the drainage hole in front of the propeller before there is slurry leakage. The seal can easily be changed from outside the storage, but the storage must be drained before doing this. Oil leakage indicates a worn seal, but there is still plenty of time to have the seal changed.
