Construction and storage
Solid self-supporting construction where all storage is well protected outside the hull. This also provides easy access to grease nipples and replacement of bearings.
Well protected driveline
The hydraulic motor is well protected in the hull so it cannot be damaged during filling with sand. The chain drive is protected by a heavy-duty cover with a grease trap for quick and easy maintenance of the chains.
Support leg
During loading, support legs brackets protect external parts from both sides. It also helps to strengthen the hull of the spreader. The strong support legs withstand the putted down loaded sand spreader.
Regulation of spreading quantity
The amount of spread is controled by regulating the speed of the output roller or by regulating the opening between the spreader hatch and the output roller. The adjustment of this opening has seven different settings and is very easy to use. Regulation of the speed takes place by regulating the oil level on the tractor outlet or by fitting a quantity control valve (Additional equipment).
Regulation of skewed distribution
SA1100, SA1500 and SA1800 have an adjustment of the spreading hatch that allows you to adjust the amount of spreading differently between the sides. This can adjust for skewed distributions that can occur over the time.
Output roller and agitator
The agitator has large blades that sit in such a way they stir the mass well, while also breaking up lumps. This ensures good penetration even for difficult spreading materials. The output roller has knobs that ensure good output.
